Each Kuffiyeh is large/full sized made from high-quality material. These Kuffiyehs are handmade, not fast fashion items and are made to be statement pieces and to last. The stitchwork that borders this particular Kuffiyeh is hand-embroidered, sourced from a Palestinian Heritage Thobe that is 80 years old and is the only one of its color scheme and pattern. This is why no two Kuffiyehs are ever exactly the same. Many of these pieces feature Tatreez that were embroidered 40 to 80 years ago. Due to the nature of each Thob being made by hand, this required, often times, many women working on the same Thob, making each Kuffiyeh slightly different, even if we were able to recover enough Tatreez from the same dress to make multiple Kuffiyehs.

Wrap yourself in hand-stitched embroidery sourced from heritage Palestinian Thobes that have been worn over generations. Each stitch, meticulously placed, creates a story that is passed down over the decades. These dresses are beautiful works of art that carry the stories of generations of life, laughter, and memories. Over the years, the fabric of the dresses can become extremely worn, but the Tatreez keeps its beauty. In 2023, my team and I wanted to give new life to these beautiful masterpieces. We traveled throughout different Palestinian villages, towns, and marketplaces, hand-picking each piece and lovingly sewing them onto the most proud and signature piece of Palestinian clothing that we all loved and grew up with, the Kuffiyeh. It was and still is our goal to create unique, one-of-a-kind statement pieces that carry the generations of stories of the women and the hands that lovingly created them, as you proudly add your memories and stories, making this beautiful piece of Palestinian art and history your own.
