Children’s Orange Buttercup Floral Dress

Traditionally Palestinian women hand make the clothes for new born babies and children. It is the grandmothers and aunts who take the time to hand sew and crochet intricate and colorful dresses, sweaters and clothing of all types. This wonderful tradition created space over the centuries that we at Juthoor want to share with all of you. From the loving hands of our craftswomen Maysa and Fatmeh each a master in her own form of artistry and craftswomanship came together to create multiple pieces in this collaborative line of baby dresses and clothing. Maysa and Fatmeh have taken the traditional methods of hand crafting/making baby clothes and integrated it with their original designs. We hope you love these dresses as much as we do!

• This dress is in the style of an orange crocheted sweater top with three pearl buttons going down the chest panel.
• The waist is adorned with an adorable bow made form a high quality orange floral cotton material. The center of the bow is wrapped in orange ribbon and is accented with three small rows of delicate crystals.
• The skirt of the dress is made out of the same high quality floral print cotton material as the bow.
• Along the bottom of the dress Maysa has hand crotched a beautiful scalloped border of the same orange color as the top of the dress and the buttercup flowers that adorn the skirt and bow of the dress.
